Thanks to all our first graders. You spread the word and raised awareness and funds for CORD mission. Your support made the Cord Walk-a-thon a great success. More than 500 walkers participated.
Many first graders walked in Mercer Park this Sunday October 23rd 2011. The view was striking with steady ethusiatic orange t-shirts. We had a brief combined class before the walk. We started as usual with 3 oms followed by ॐ सहनाववतु - Om sahanaavavatu (My prayers, pg. 6).
We sang three verses of Atma Nivasi Ram bhajan and then closed the class with Purnam Idam
Next BalaVihar is on November 6th at Crossroads Middle School.
